At Mind and Muscle our biggest passion has always been mental health. The gym is only one part of what we do. The real mission is helping people feel better inside their own minds.

Good training helps, but the truth is this. What you eat and how you fuel yourself has a huge impact on your energy, your confidence, your mood and the way you cope with everyday life. Nutrition plays a bigger part in how you feel than most people realise. Many studies point to the idea that your results and your wellbeing are shaped far more by your nutrition than your exercise.

We have been through our own struggles and we know how much difference the right support can make. When your nutrition improves everything begins to shift. Your focus becomes clearer. Your stress becomes easier to handle. Your mindset becomes stronger. You simply feel more capable day to day.

Mind and Muscle Nutrition was created to give people a simple, reliable and friendly way to improve both their mental health and their physical health together.

Free body evaluations with a qualified nutritionist

We offer free body evaluations here in Witney with a trained nutritionist who will walk you through everything. You will find out exactly where you are at now and you will receive a personalised plan that is realistic and easy to follow.

This is not about strict diets or pressure. It is about helping you feel better, have more energy, improve your mood and build a healthier relationship with food.

Your nutritionist will talk you through how the right plan can support your mental wellbeing as well as your physical goals. Better nutrition really can change how you feel each day.

FREE Fit Camp Witney

One hour a week of support, community and real guidance

We are launching a completely free Fit Camp right here in Witney. It runs once a week and anyone can come along. It does not matter if you are new to exercise or coming back after a long break.

The session is friendly and welcoming and gives you the chance to meet the Mind and Muscle Nutrition team along with our partners at Ryders Boxing and Fitness. You will take part in simple fitness activities, receive guidance on nutrition and have the opportunity to book a free body evaluation while you are there.

It is a brilliant way to start feeling better and to meet other local people who want to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
